Skilled Workforce
Experienced and skilled more than 200 workers who have expertise in assembling different types of shoes. They are trained in various assembly techniques and have a keen eye for detail to ensure the final product meets the required quality standards.
Quality Control Inspections
Regular quality control checks are conducted at various stages of the assembly process to identify and rectify any defects or imperfections. This ensures that only shoes meeting the factory’s quality standards are allowed to proceed to the next stage.

4 production lines. Each line 220 feet length.
Machineries & Technology
Toe lasting, Side lasting, UV tunnel, Heat and side lasting. There are more than 200 machineries in this section.

Chinese machineries. Brand are Hei qi machineries, yo fong technologies, etc.
